We always try to get your package on the way as soon as possible! Unfortunately, there can always be delays due to an increased number of orders and parcels, so we aim for delivery within 3-18 working days. If you need a quicker turnaround please mention in the order notes/email.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
- Please email info@Panthersglobe.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
- Mail your returned item to: Rue-Jean-Jacques-de-Sellon 3, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if they have been opened.
Restocking Fee
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
